We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support the Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
You’ll monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain both on‑prem and online systems, assist users, and enhance platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Power Platform and SharePoint environments
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, manage permissions
- Assist users with apps, workflows, and dashboards
- Collaborate on system upgrades and integrations
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and technical documentation
- Deliver usage and performance reports
- Recommend improvements for functionality and efficiency
- Provide stellar support and act as a trusted resource across business units

Mandatory Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — OR equivalent work experience.
Experience
- Proficiency with SharePoint Online and/or On‑Prem administration
- Experience supporting Power Platform apps (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and OneDrive
- Skill in troubleshooting complex systems and resolving integration issues
- Familiarity with governance/compliance best practices in Power Platform and SharePoint
- Comfort with network concepts, IIS Administration, and web app troubleshooting
- Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IIS Administration
- Experience training users or conducting group sessions
- Ability to create dashboards and support lightweight automation using Power Platform
- Familiarity with FDOT or other public‑sector IT environments
