Job summary

Coates Field Service, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst I to support daily IT operations in Oklahoma City. You will provide end-user support and assist with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server, and network tasks.

This in-office role focuses on administration, problem solving, and improving IT processes. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in IT or related field and have 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience; strong communication skills are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 3+ years IT support/systems administration.
Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, permissions, metadata and workflows.
Assist in evaluating security and risk mitigation for company systems.
Support AI technologies including Copilot and related tools.
Assist with Windows Server administration and basic network tasks.
Provide end-user technical support in a Microsoft-heavy environment.
Collaborate with IT team and participate in projects and process improvements.
