Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent
• 3–5 years supporting enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and operations
• Knowledge of systems architecture, networking concepts, and multi-platform environments
• Experience leading technical initiatives and managing multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership and end users
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Highly organized with attention to detail and prioritization
• Commitment to growth and staying current with technology trends
• Flexibility to work after-hours, weekends, or emergencies when required

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core IT infrastructure services, incl. storage, AD, email, and backups
• Coordinate and manage infrastructure-related projects with milestones and timelines
• Provide updates and recommendations on technology initiatives to leadership
• Maintain server environments, network equipment, and security technologies
• Develop and uphold IT standards, policies, and disaster recovery planning
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, backups, and data integrity
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and outages; coordinate responses
• Perform software patching, upgrades, and deployment of new technologies
• Create and maintain installation guides, configuration standards, and procedures
• Support cybersecurity best practices and frameworks (CIS, NIST) compliance
• Deliver technical assistance for Windows and macOS users
• Perform additional duties as assigned
