Victra is seeking a System Support Analyst to join our Raleigh/Greenville area delivery. You’ll provide customer-focused IT support for front-line and corporate users, triaging tickets, and acting as an SME across store and corporate teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, change management, and continuous improvement. We value relationships with vendors, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance priorities—including evenings and some travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a support analyst or similar role.
• 2+ years implementing enterprise apps, hardware, and projects.
• A+ certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supporting Apple iPad.
• MDM and network monitoring knowledge.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization under pressure.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Assist in implementing technical systems, software, hardware, and solutions.
• Develop expertise and act as SME for Store and Corporate Support teams.
• Respond to calls, tickets, and deskside support with timely communication.
• Provide SME support to Service Desk and document incidents in systems.
• Deliver rapid, customer-focused support aligned to Victra goals.
• Collaborate with admins, engineers, and IT teams to resolve escalations.
• Provide training and end-user support during implementations.
• Maintain current IT knowledge and contribute to knowledge base.
