Blackstone is seeking an Endpoint Operations Engineer to design, operate, and improve enterprise endpoint environments for secure, high-performing end-user experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams including Infrastructure and Security, delivering on-prem and cloud endpoints at scale.

You will own OS deployment, patching, packaging, and automation using Citrix, SCCM, and Intune, while monitoring performance with Nexthink and driving proactive remediation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint operations, end-user computing, or workplace technology.
• Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems and enterprise endpoint lifecycle management.
• Advanced experience with SCCM for software deployment, patching, imaging, and lifecycle management; experience with Intune and modern device management.
• Experience using Nexthink to analyze endpoint health, performance, and user experience.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or similar tools for endpoint automation and remediation workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations and optimize enterprise endpoint platforms for reliability and performance.
• Design, deploy, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Citrix, SCCM, and Intune at scale.
• Manage OS deployment, patching, imaging, and software distribution with automation for provisioning and policy enforcement.
• Monitor endpoint performance with Nexthink; identify trends and drive proactive remediation.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues at Tier 3 level using structured diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Lead incident response and continuous improvement to reduce recurring issues and strengthen endpoint stability.
• Collaborate with Security to enforce endpoint controls and remediation actions across environments.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery to improve endpoint health and end-user experience.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, engineering standards, and troubleshooting procedures to accelerate resolution.
• Drive IaC initiatives and automation to improve endpoint reliability and scalability.
• Build scripted remediation processes with PowerShell and other tools to reduce manual effort.
