Job summary

Partners In Health (PIH) in Boston, MA is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to monitor and support the organization’s servers, networks, and related systems. Two days per week are on-site from 9am-5pm ET, with responsibility for end-user support and data integrity.

The role requires 3–4 years in IT infrastructure and hands-on VMware and Azure experience, plus a strong foundation in Windows/Linux administration and networking.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud engineering, or comparable experience.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and Azure virtualization environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support servers, networking equipment, and related systems.
• Provide escalated end-user help desk support.
• Maintenance of data backups and patch management across PIH infrastructure.
• Configure and monitor DNS/DHCP, and manage Windows domain and Azure resources.
• Support site staff remotely as needed and provide collaboration with SecOps.
