Booth & Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, and virtualization across multiple offices. You will troubleshoot complex issues, automate tasks with PowerShell, and own infrastructure projects.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• Three+ years in technical support, systems administration, or similar IT role.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and business networking fundamentals.
• Experience with production virtualization (VMware or Proxmox).
• Mid-level PowerShell experience for automation tasks.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and provide end-user support.
• Willingness to travel and after-hours maintenance when needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune).
• Manage Windows Server environments, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Support and maintain VMware and Proxmox virtualization environments.
• Monitor system health, backups, patching, endpoint protection, and security compliance.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows, AD, 365, networking, servers, and apps.
• Provision and deploy workstations, user accounts, applications, and mobile devices.
• Manage IT inventory and lifecycle for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Serve as primary onsite IT contact for the office; support networking and conferencing gear.
• Assist with server upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Create SOPs, documentation, and end-user training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency through automation.
• Occasional travel to company offices for onsite support.
