Job summary

Booth & Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage Microsoft 365 services, Windows Server environments, and virtualization platforms across multiple offices. You will troubleshoot complex issues, script for automation, and provide hands-on support for core IT infrastructure.

The role requires independent work at a remote office with occasional travel to other locations, plus strong communication with the corporate IT team and end-users.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, Networking, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years in technical support, systems administration, or related IT role.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune).
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and related infra.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox) and monitor system health and backups.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and diagnose complex issues.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, software deployment, reporting, and administration.
