Job summary

Booth & Associates is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and manage Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and end-user devices across multiple offices. You will act as the primary IT resource for an assigned office while collaborating with the corporate IT team on automation, security, and project work.

The role requires 3+ years in IT, strong PowerShell skills, and hands-on experience with VMware/Proxmox.

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience in technical support, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related IT role.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
Experience administering or supporting production virtualization environments (VMware or Proxmox).
Mid-level PowerShell experience for scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune).
Administer Windows Server environments, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
Support and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox).
Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex issues across Windows, AD, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, and apps.
Provision and deploy workstations, user accounts, devices, and applications for new/existing employees.
Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
