Booth & Associates is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain Microsoft 365, server, virtualization, networking, and endpoint computing environments across multiple offices. You will be the primary IT resource for an assigned office, collaborating with the corporate IT team on automation and end-user support.

This role requires experience troubleshooting complex systems, scripting with PowerShell, and ability to travel for onsite support at various company offices.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 3+ years in technical support, systems administration, or related IT role.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Aufgaben

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and related platforms.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Proxmox.
• Monitor system health, backups, patching, and security compliance.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex technical issues.
• Deploy and manage workstations, user accounts, and devices.
• Manage IT inventory and lifecycle of equipment.
• Serve as onsite IT contact for assigned office and travel to other locations.
