Job summary

Booth & Associates seeks a Systems Administrator to support and maintain Microsoft 365, servers, virtualization, networking, and endpoint computing across multiple offices. You will be the primary IT resource for an assigned office, collaborating with the corporate IT team on infrastructure, automation, and end-user support.

This role requires independent troubleshooting of complex issues, production-system administration, and ownership of infrastructure problems through resolution.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in technical support, systems administration, or related IT role.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience administering or supporting production virtualization environments (VMware or Proxmox).
• PowerShell experience for scripting and automation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate status clearly.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work remotely and travel to other offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services, Windows Server environments, virtualization, networking, and endpoints.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and diagnose complex issues.
• Provision and deploy workstations and user accounts for new and existing employees.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Maintain IT inventory and coordinate hardware lifecycle across offices.
• Travel occasionally to company offices for onsite support and projects.
