The 20 LLC is seeking a System Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of our systems, support internal teams and client environments, and contribute to a culture of trust and excellence.

You will maintain servers, desktops, and networking equipment, install software, and troubleshoot issues while documenting resolutions for the project team. Travel to client sites will be required as part of delivering hands-on IT support.

Formación

• Experience supporting Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Familiarity with Intune management and endpoint security.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking equipment.
• Ability to document configurations and IT processes clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, configure, and operate computer systems, servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Install and upgrade computer components and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with diagnostics and documentation.
• Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning/upgrades.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support and travel to client locations as needed.
