Job summary

Twenty80 LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure. You will manage servers, networks, cloud platforms, virtualization, and core business systems to ensure reliability, security, and performance.

Relocation assistance is available. The role emphasizes automation, project participation, and collaboration with Sys Admins, Network Admins, and users to drive infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher with related field or experience.
• 3–5 years in systems or network administration.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, M365, Exchange, DNS/DHCP, and GP.
• Experience with Cisco networking and firewall technologies.
• Experience with VMware or similar virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of security practices, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection.
• Strong troubleshooting across server, network, and infrastructure environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise servers, networks, and infrastructure.
• Manage Windows Server environments, AD, M365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Configure and support Cisco networking infrastructure, including switches, routers, WAPs, and firewalls.
• Maintain virtualization environments, including VMware, ensuring reliable virtual servers.
• Install, upgrade, and integrate server and networking hardware, software, and infra components.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement solutions for reliability and availability.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and infrastructure documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business users on infra improvements.
• Support capacity planning, storage management, and overall performance.
• Implement security best practices, endpoint protection, SSO, and access management.
• Audit user access across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Automate routine infra tasks and participate in projects from planning to implementation.
• Provide technical documentation and recommendations for upgrades.
