Job summary

1rti is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our internal IT team in providing end-user support, administering on-premises and cloud systems, and helping maintain secure, scalable infrastructure.

You will work across Windows, Linux, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity, participate in on-call rotations, travel periodically, and hands-on install server, storage, and network equipment. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT administration experience.
• Strong Windows desktop/server and Linux administration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure services.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching.
• Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Excellent customer service, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support across ticketing channels.
• Administer Windows, Linux, and cloud services including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Monitor system performance, backups, and security.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel as required.
