Job summary

Christie Lites seeks a hands-on IT professional to manage and support our Microsoft infrastructure, cloud services, endpoints, and network environment. The role includes day-to-day operations, security, and infrastructure improvements.

The candidate will maintain server, cloud, endpoint, and network services, diagnose issues across identity and connectivity, manage access controls, and document procedures. Travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Windows Server 2022/2025: Installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory: User and group administration, DNS, DHCP, and replication.
• Microsoft Entra ID: Identity administration, MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity integration.
• Exchange Online: Mailbox admin, mail flow, permissions, email security, troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Intune: Device enrollment, config profiles, compliance, app deployment, endpoint management.
• Wi‑Fi: Wireless configuration, authentication, coverage, performance, connectivity troubleshooting.
• Switching: VLANs, trunking, PoE, spanning tree, network troubleshooting.
• Cisco Meraki: Dashboard admin, MX/MR config, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Sophos: Admin and troubleshoot Sophos products in our environment.
• Network Policy Server (NPS): RADIUS config, network access policies, 802.1X authentication.
• Ubiquiti Wi‑Fi: Design, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of corporate Wi‑Fi.

Responsibilities

• PowerShell scripting and administrative automation a plus.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
