Job summary

The 20 MSP is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure, spanning client environments and internal systems. You will work with a skilled team to ensure reliability, security, and smooth operation of servers, networks, and end-user devices.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years IT administration experience, strong AD/GP knowledge, virtualization expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Qualifications

• Candidate has strong experience with AD/Azure AD and M365 administration.
• Experience managing virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Proven ability to manage firewalls and troubleshoot network issues.
• Solid understanding of complex networking environments and AD/GP.
• Experience scripting/automation and IT strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and operate computer systems, servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Install and upgrade software and components.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues; document resolutions and impact.
• Provide documentation for planned upgrades to IT infrastructure.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support with minimal disruption.
• Travel onsite to client locations to provide hands-on support.
