Job summary

VenHub is rewriting retail with autonomous AI-powered Smart Stores. We seek an IT Systems Administrator to own day-to-day IT, including identity and access in Okta, Mac device management in Kandji, and SaaS integrations.

You will report to the IT lead and execute onboarding, offboarding, devices, access, and user support for engineers and manufacturing staff. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in IT at SaaS companies, hands-on Okta and MDM experience, and a detail-oriented mindset with clear

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in IT or systems administration at a SaaS-first company.
• Hands-on Okta administration, including groups, SSO and lifecycle.
• Experience managing Apple devices with Iru/Kandji, Jamf or Mosyle.
• Working knowledge of MFA, least privilege, encryption and patching.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day IT at VenHub: onboarding, offboarding, devices, access and support.
• Manage identity and access via Okta and related systems.
• Support engineers and manufacturing staff across the organization.
