Job summary

Afero is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and secure our device fleet and cloud services. You will handle Okta, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Google Workspace to support a growing team across time zones.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, incident response, SaaS administration (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack), and asset lifecycle, with emphasis on macOS support and independent work in a small-to-mid-sized company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience with hands-on administration of Okta, Jamf Pro, and Google Workspace.
• Strong macOS support and management skills.
• Experience working independently in a small or mid-size company.
• Clear written communication with distributed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Okta administration (user lifecycle, group and app assignments, SSO/SCIM integrations).
• Google Workspace administration.
• Mac fleet management with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager, including OS and patch compliance.
• SaaS administration (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack).
• Onboarding and offboarding.
• IT support and incident response.
• Support for periodic access reviews.
• Hardware procurement, provisioning, asset inventory, lifecycle.
