Job summary

Established Search Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to own identity, device and workplace systems for a global remote workforce. You will automate workflows, lead projects from idea to rollout, and collaborate with IT, Security, People and other teams to ensure employees have secure access to the right tools.

The role emphasizes hands‑on work, improving processes, and sharing knowledge across the IT team as the stack evolves, including Okta, Google Workspace, JAMF and Intune.

Qualifications

• Okta certification and hands‑on identity and access experience, including SSO, provisioning and employee lifecycle workflows.

I am working with a digital health company that supports people through some of life's most important moments, from fertility and family building through to hormonal health.

They are looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to take ownership of identity, device and workplace systems supporting a global remote workforce. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys improving how things work, automating manual processes and leading projects from initial idea through to rollout.

You will partner with IT, Security, People and other teams to make sure employees have the right tools and access to do their jobs securely.

What you will be doing:

• Own and improve identity and access systems, including Okta and Google Workspace.
• Manage and secure employee devices across Mac and Windows using tools such as JAMF and Intune.
• Build automated employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, access changes and offboarding.
• Use Python, scripting and APIs to connect systems, solve problems and reduce manual work.

Lead IT projects from design through implementation, including systems integrations and improvements to

secure access.

• Work with the Security team on zero-trust principles, device security and compliance.
• Support integrations between workplace systems and HR platforms as the technology stack evolves.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT issues and help prevent them from recurring.
• Share knowledge with the wider IT team and document processes and standards.

What we are looking for:

• Around six or more years in IT systems engineering, infrastructure, endpoint engineering or a similar role.
• Okta certification and hands‑on identity and access experience, including SSO, provisioning and employee

lifecycle workflows.

• Strong scripting skills, including Python, and experience building automated workflows or integrating systems.
• Experience managing Mac and Windows devices, ideally using JAMF and Intune.
• Understanding of zero-trust security and experience working with security controls.
• Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across teams.
• Ability to explain technical issues and decisions to non-technical colleagues.
