VenHub is rewriting retail with autonomous AI-powered Smart Stores. We seek an IT Systems Administrator to own day-to-day IT, including identity and access in Okta, Mac device management in Kandji, and SaaS integrations.

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities / Role Overview

We are hiring an IT Systems Administrator to run day-to-day IT at Venhub: identity and access in Okta, Mac device management in Iru (Kandji), SaaS access and integrations, and SOC 2 upkeep. You will work under our IT lead, who owns architecture and compliance strategy, and you will own execution: onboarding, offboarding, devices, access, and support for everyone from engineers to manufacturing staff.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in IT or systems administration at a SaaS-first company
• Hands-on Okta administration (or a comparable identity provider such as Entra ID, JumpCloud or Google Workspace), including groups, SSO setup and user lifecycle
• Experience managing Apple devices with Iru/Kandji, Jamf, Mosyle or a similar MDM
• Working knowledge of MFA, least privilege, encryption and patching
• Detail-oriented: you notice when two systems disagree and fix the cause
• Clear written communication and a habit of documenting your work

Preferred

• Experience supporting a SOC 2 audit, or using Vanta, Drata or Secureframe
• Experience with an HRIS (HiBob, Rippling, BambooHR) or a PEO
• GitHub org administration and security features
• Automating work with APIs, Python or AI tools
• Okta, Apple (ACSP/ACIT) or Iru/Kandji certifications
