Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an IT Systems Administrator to support enterprise server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware ESX, and Azure services. You will administer Active Directory, Exchange Online, PowerShell automation, and monitor systems with IT Security tools.

Responsibilities include Level 2 IT Service Desk support, documentation, and coordinating with security teams. The role emphasizes strong problem solving, independent work, and adherence to PPE compliance in manufacturing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in enterprise server infrastructure support.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document configurations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement and provide technical support for enterprise server infrastructure.
• Support Windows Server OS, Hyper-V, VMware ESX, Office 365, Azure, and storage systems.
• Administer and support on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online, including mailbox access configuration.
• Provide Level 2 support to the IT Service Desk team; document configurations and procedures.
• Address monitoring alerts and coordinate with IT Security to resolve vulnerabilities.
