Riverside Technologies Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our internal IT team in North Sioux City, SD. The role covers end-user support, on-premises and cloud administration, and infrastructure upkeep.

Key responsibilities include Windows/Linux administration, Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Azure management, networking, and security. Travel and on-call rotations are part of the role, with hands-on deployment and ongoing optimization of systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT administration, help desk, or related work.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop/server OS and Linux administration.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching.
• Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, wireless networking and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and help desk support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, identity, access, connectivity, and system issues.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and business software.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
