Job summary

Nelson Family Companies seeks a Technology Systems & Infrastructure Analyst to provide advanced technical support, cybersecurity administration, and cloud services management across our facilities. The role partners with business leaders and vendors to deliver secure, reliable technology solutions that boost operational efficiency and growth.

The position requires onsite work at multiple locations with roughly 50% travel to Sioux Falls, SD, Stewart, MN, Boyden, IA, and eastern SD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Experience with endpoint management (Intune).
Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed, working well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, SMEs, and third-party vendors to resolve complex IT issues efficiently.
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for advanced hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
Coordinate escalations and resolution strategies in alignment with organizational priorities.
Maintain and enhance documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve technology processes, automation, and system reliability.
