The role requires an Associate's degree in computer-related field (Bachelor's preferred) and 3+ years of infrastructure experience, with potential driver’s license if required. On-site position with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a computer-related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field preferred.
• Three years of technical experience working with computer infrastructure in either on-premise or cloud-based administration.
• If applicable, a valid driver's license and good driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain cloud-based and on-premise server infrastructure.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues; coordinate with internal support teams, help desk and vendors.
• Develop and execute integration test plans and QA measures to meet organizational requirements.
