Qualifications

• BS degree and 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows in academic/professional services.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and take initiative.
• Strong client-focused communication and collaboration.
• Experience imaging, deploying, and supporting end-user systems.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic) and VDI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and hybrid IT support for Penn Wellness and HireIT clients.
• Cover Saturday hours and coordinate with Wellness support team.
• Work a hybrid Tue-Sat schedule with possible evenings/weekends.
• Analyze requirements, provide guidance, and coordinate resources.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and participate in project teams.
• Support collaboration across University-wide initiatives.
