Penn Information Systems & Computing (Penn ISC) in Philadelphia provides high-quality IT support for the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Wellness. The IT Support Specialist will cover wellness services, including Saturday hours, and offer on-site support to clinical and administrative offices.

This role requires confidentiality and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a BS with 1–2 years of experience, strong knowledge of macOS/Windows, imaging and deployment,

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science with 1–2 years of experience required.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows and productivity apps.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Strong client-focused, technically driven support.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Experience imaging and deploying end-user systems in a highly managed IT environment.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic.

Mansioni

• Provide support coverage for Saturday hours and wellness team during weekdays.
• Work a hybrid schedule on an alternate Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule.
• Analyze client requirements and coordinate resources to support diverse needs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to supported systems.
• Participate in university-wide project teams and user groups.
