Job summary

University of Pennsylvania invites applications for an IT Support Specialist, Wellness Support. You will provide dedicated IT support to Penn Wellness, including coverage during Saturday hours and on-site support for clinical and administrative offices.

This role requires the ability to work effectively in a clinical environment, maintain strict confidentiality, and adapt to a fast-paced office, with a hybrid schedule and Tuesday-through-Saturday rotations.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree required.
1–2 years of technical support experience required.
Experience supporting macOS and Windows in academic or professional environment.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Strong client-focused communication and confidentiality.
Experience imaging, deploying, and supporting end-user systems.
Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Epic.

Responsibilities

Provide coverage and endpoint management for Saturday hours.
Work a hybrid schedule on an alternate Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for hardware, software, and networks.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and policies.
Support virtual desktop infrastructure and related technologies.
Collaborate with university teams to support IT services.
Assist with on-site support for clinical and administrative offices.
