Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies in Connecticut seeks an IT Support Coordinator to provide end-user hardware and software support, troubleshoot issues, and train staff on new systems. This role covers desktop, laptop, printer and mobile devices, with service desk contact via phone, portal, email and chat.

You will work in a fast-paced accounting environment, travel between PKFOD offices as needed, and help meet SLAs. A Bachelor’s degree in IT is preferred; strong Microsoft 365 and Intune experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to train staff on new systems and software.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments with professionalism.
• Willingness to travel between PKFOD offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact support for service desk requests via phone, portal, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Deploy pre-packaged software using distribution tools.
• Train and orient new staff on office computer applications.
• Document and resolve help requests, escalating to meet SLA targets.
• Prioritize incidents per defined processes to meet SLA expectations.
