Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to provide end-user hardware and software support across the firm’s CT offices. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, along with deploying software and training new staff.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and SLA adherence. Travel between PKFOD offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Experience providing end-user hardware and software support.
• Ability to troubleshoot, train end-users, and handle rapid changing environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact support for service desk requests via phone, portal, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Deploy pre-packaged software using distribution tools and processes.
• Train staff on office computer applications and provide on-site orientations.
• Document and resolve incidents to meet SLA expectations.
• Prioritize requests according to defined processes and escalate when needed.
