Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to deliver end-user hardware and software support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, training staff, and ensuring timely resolution of requests with SLA adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT or related field, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possibly with on-site travel between PKFOD offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Able to train and provide on-site orientations for new staff on office computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and stay patient under stress.
• Willingness to work extra hours and cover on-call shifts during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact support for service desk requests via phone, portal, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Deploy pre-packaged software using distribution tools.
• Train and onboard staff on office computer applications.
• Document and resolve end-user requests, escalating as needed to meet SLA.
