Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team, delivering instructor-led IT support training for learners aiming at entry to mid-level IT roles. The role requires strong technical aptitude and effective classroom delivery.

You will track student progress, manage assessments, and collaborate with team members to shape curricula and student success. This onsite position includes extensive interaction and real-world demos.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of teaching or training experience.
• Strong technical background capable of conveying technical material.
• Ability to engage in live digital conversations via Zoom or in-person settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led IT support training for entry to mid-level roles.
• Administer assessments, attendance, and one-on-one tutoring.
• Update Salesforce/LMS with grades, scores, and progress notes.
• Maintain curricula, syllabi, and classroom materials.
