Job summary
IT Solutions is seeking a Technician, Client Services to join our Managed Services team. You will support one or multiple clients, handle inbound and escalated inquiries, and troubleshoot complex technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, experience with Windows desktops/servers, Office 365, VPNs, and remote support. Travel to client offices is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience in related field.
- 2+ years’ work experience as a Network Administrator or related IT role.
- Experience with Windows desktop/server, Office 365, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with IT service ticketing and remote support processes.
Responsibilities
- Answer technical service calls and create customer tickets.
- Troubleshoot issues, triage to root cause, and document actions taken.
- Provide remote hardware/software support and maintain logs.
- Escalate to appropriate groups and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Interact with client coordinators to manage ticket flow and on-site visits.
