Job summary

Fello is seeking an IT Support Technician in Linthicum Heights, MD to provide frontline IT support for internal staff and some clients. You will handle tickets, troubleshoot connectivity and software issues, and support devices across laptops, iPads, and conferencing systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred), at least three years of IT support experience, and a valid driver's license for local travel within Anne Arundel County and Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years IT support experience; CompTIA A+ may substitute for two years.
• Must be able to drive and travel locally within Maryland.
• Strong customer-service mindset; ability to train users in person or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to internal users, acting as first point of contact for tickets.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, software, device issues on laptops, iPads, and VoIP systems.
• Support asset deployment and administer third-party SaaS apps (iCM, Paycom, FMSE, ZenDesk).
• Travel across Anne Arundel County and Maryland's Eastern Shore; on-site & in-person support.
