Job summary

Hardesty & Hanover is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Annapolis, MD IT team. You will provide front-line support for office, remote, and field staff, troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software, and help maintain endpoint security and device management.

You will configure, deploy, and support Windows, M365, and engineering applications like Autodesk and Bentley, with occasional travel to other sites. Strong communication and problem-solving essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise tech in multi-office environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, M365, endpoint devices, and network connectivity.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of tech.
• Hands-on HW installs and travel to other company locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support for office, remote, and field staff.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing systems.
• Configure and deploy endpoint devices, Windows and M365.
• Support virtual desktops and remote access, including Autodesk and Bentley apps.
• Maintain endpoint security through patching and remediation.
• Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
• Assist with technology deployments and system upgrades.
