Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to deliver first-line support for Microsoft 365, desktops, network connectivity, and related technology for the Las Vegas facility. You will document incidents in the ticketing system, escalate where needed, and provide on-site IT assistance to ensure minimal downtime.

You will troubleshoot PC, printer, and peripheral hardware, assist with IT projects, and support security practices while maintaining safety and professional

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years IT help desk/desktop support in a business setting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and hardware peripherals preferred.
• On-site manufacturing/warehouse IT support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line help desk support for Microsoft 365 apps, desktops, and network connectivity.
• Document, track, and manage incidents in the ticketing system through resolution or escalation.
• Provide on-site IT support for the Las Vegas facility and assist with service requests and deployments.
