Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to deliver first-line support for Microsoft 365, desktops, networks, and phone systems. You will document incidents and provide on-site Las Vegas facility support, escalating complex issues as needed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PCs and networks, deploying hardware, monitoring alerts, and assisting with IT projects. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential for maintaining production continuity.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and basic server issues.
• Ability to document incidents and communicate clearly with end users.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line help desk support for Microsoft 365 apps, desktops, network connectivity, and phone systems.
• Document and manage incidents in the IT ticketing system through resolution or escalation.
• Provide on-site IT support for the Las Vegas facility and collaborate with IT teams.
• Troubleshoot PC, network, and basic Windows Server issues; escalate complex problems.
• Configure, test, deploy, maintain, and upgrade computers, OS, apps, and peripherals.
• Monitor alerts and coordinate resources; communicate issues impacting operations.
• Support IT projects and collaborate with users and departments to meet requirements.
• Provide after-hours support for production or business-critical issues as required.
