Job summary

Quantum Industrial Services in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide Level 1–2 technical support for office and field teams, covering Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications.

You will setup devices, assist with onboarding/offboarding, manage equipment inventory, and help maintain reliable technology across offices and job sites while traveling between locations as needed. A customer-focused, proactive problem solver will excel.

Qualifications

Two or more years of IT support or help desk experience.
Experience with Windows devices, printers, and peripherals.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and related apps.
Ability to set up devices and troubleshoot network connectivity.
Clear communication and customer-service approach.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for Windows computers, printers, monitors and mobile devices.
Respond to support requests promptly, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
Set up accounts, software, and equipment for new employees; assist with offboarding.
Maintain equipment inventory and deployment records.
Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
Assist with company applications and learn new tools like Power Apps/Automate.
Troubleshoot basic network/wireless issues and support office tech at sites.
Provide on-site support at offices, job sites, and trailers.
Assist with hardware upgrades, office moves, and technology rollouts.
Document solutions and follow IT/security procedures.
