Qualifications
- Associate degree required; 1 year IT support experience for Technician I.
- Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years IT support experience for Technician II.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for City IT services and devices.
- Configure, deploy, maintain PCs and mobile devices; support network infrastructure.
- Provide on-site and remote meeting support and AV coordination.
- Support Metro Fiber Network and GIS-based IT documentation.
- Lead resolution of complex issues and coordinate with vendors and departments.
