The ideal candidate will provide technical support via various channels, manage service requests according to SLAs, and perform hands-on repairs. A degree or equivalent experience in IT is required, along with knowledge of relevant tools such as Office 365 and Active Directory. Qualifications

• 3 years of equivalent work experience in IT.
• Experience with Windows 7, Server, and Mac OS.
• CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, web portal, and email.
• Set up systems for new hires, including hardware/software installation.
• Manage service requests and incidents according to SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve support requests efficiently.
• Perform hands-on technical support for hardware repairs.
