Job summary

Quantum Industrial is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for office and field employees. You will assist with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 tools across company offices and job sites.

The role requires troubleshooting, device setup, inventory management, and collaboration with IT leadership. Some travel to job sites and locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in IT support or help desk.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Able to set up and troubleshoot IT equipment.
• Basic networking and wireless knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation judgment.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Respond to support requests and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Set up equipment, accounts, and software for new employees; assist with offboarding.
• Deploy replacement devices and maintain inventory.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot basic network and wireless issues; assist with office tech and access readers.
• Document solutions and follow IT and security procedures.
