Legends Global in the United States (Oregon) seeks an IT Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, networks, and end-user systems on site or remotely. You will install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, monitor performance, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 1–3 years of experience providing technical support in a help desk, desktop support, or IT operations environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, networks and end‑user systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access management, and equipment deployment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and IT assets to ensure compliance with internal standards.
