Job summary

RennerBrown Staffing is seeking a Specialist, Technical Support to provide day-to-day IT support within the Information Systems department. The role covers PCs, telephones, basic networking, and Avaya configuration to support adjacent departments.

You will troubleshoot issues, assist staff, maintain printing, and ensure confidentiality while collaborating with lawyers and staff. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PC architecture.
• Understanding of how PC subsystems interact.
• Networking knowledge and TCP/IP basics.
• Experience with Windows 7/10.
• Avaya phone systems familiarity including adds/moves/changes.
• Ability to learn new equipment with minimal training.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of Firm and client information.
