Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID).
• Provide Tier-2/3 endpoint engineering, courtroom AV support, and network diagnostics with Windows 10/11 environments.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and SOPs in ITSM/knowledge bases; mentor junior technicians.
