Job summary

Peter Millar in North Carolina is seeking an IT Support Technician II to provide tier 1 and 2 support for Windows and Mac devices, assist with onboarding and upgrades, and help manage assets and documentation.

You will troubleshoot VPN and network issues, coordinate with vendors, develop training materials, and support helpful desk operations while training new staff and ensuring smooth IT service for a growing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
• Minimum 2 years implementing and supporting Intune or Kandji.
• 2–3 years in both applications and networking.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac computers.
• Experience with office operations and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 & 2 support for Windows and Mac computers.
• Support remote staff including VPN troubleshooting.
• Onboard, upgrade, and asset management activities.
• Create training materials and process documentation.
• Train new help desk staff and coordinate onboarding/offboarding.
