The Configuration Technician II is responsible for both internal and external facing responsibilities. In this position, you will be a critical point of contact between iT1 Consulting and the rest of the organization, as well as iT1's customers, in setting up, configuring, and deploying Client assets.

Requirements

• Set up and configure computers andperipheralbased on the scope of work.
• To accurately diagnose, the problem with a malfunctioning PC, Mac, laptop,printeror other peripheral.
• Perform quality control on the project assigned.
• Every project is different -technician isexpected to follow instructions per project.
• Respond toorderrequestsand customer emailstoassistin troubleshooting any problems that arise
• Act as asubject matter expert in day-to-day operations
• Ability to train team members on process, tools, and technology

Job Qualification Requirements

Physical Demands

• Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.

Duration

This position is a benefits eligible, temporary role that has a 12 month duration.
