The role involves collaborating with IT staff, managing inventory, applying security measures, and supporting business operations. Travel is limited with occasional on-call duties; the environment is office-based with some production-area exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of IT technical support experience.
• Proficiency in hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, software, and network devices.
• Collaborate with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems.
• Manage and maintain technology inventory.
• Set up, manage, and audit user accounts and permissions.
