Job summary

Saracen Casino Resort IT department is seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to install, move and maintain computer hardware and software across the casino floor and remote offices, collaborating with IT Management on various projects.

You will log and track support tickets, respond to user requests, ensure timely resolution, and deliver exceptional customer service to patrons and staff while upholding internal controls, confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred.
• A minimum of three to five years IT experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification required or completed within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Log and track IT support tickets and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Install and configure computer hardware and software and coordinate work with users.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and staff in a professional manner.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings; support IT projects as directed.
