You will assist with PC deployments, Microsoft 365 apps, printers, and user accounts, communicating clearly to non-technical staff.

Ideal candidates possess strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused service, and the ability to escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level help-desk and desktop support to employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues.
• Set up, configure, deploy, and replace PCs and peripherals.
• Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Provide basic Microsoft 365 support, including Outlook and Teams.
• Create, update, and resolve support requests using the ticketing system.
• Follow IT security practices and escalate as needed.
• Maintain documentation of support activities.
