Job summary

Bradsby Group is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist in Boulder, Colorado. You will provide first and second level support to users and carry out maintenance and upkeep on workstations while ensuring high-quality service desk operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of IT support experience, especially with Office 365, Windows Active Directory, and any experience with Dynamics Great Plains or CRM is a plus. This role demands strong technical skills and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics Great Plains, Project Accounting, or CRM are big pluses.
