Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with 2 years additional education or experience.
• Six months IT support experience is preferred.
• Credentials are favored.
• Customer-service oriented professional required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check may apply.
• Safety training per OSHA/TWIC/site standards may be required.
• Valid Louisiana driver's license is required.
• Must meet service standards and be able to communicate over the phone.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Answer and prioritize incoming IT requests and incidents.
• Document all details in the help desk system.
• Load and configure standard image on new and existing computers.
• Maintain inventory of computers, peripherals, and software.
• Assist with on-call rotation as assigned.
